By choosing to provide this information, you consent to our processing of that information.
- Your interactions: When you use our services – essentially when you interact with other users – we record information such as the profiles you visit, block, hide and put in your list of favourites, as well as your chats with other users, as part of the operation of the services.
- Customer support: If you contact our customer support team, we collect the information you give us during the interaction. Sometimes, we monitor or record these interactions for training purposes and to ensure a high quality of service.

Information we collect from other sources
We may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through our services. For example, if you create or log into your MyTranssexualDate.com account through a third-party social networking site (eg Facebook), we will have access to certain information from that site, such as your name, email address, photos and other account information in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such third-party social networking site.

How we protect your information
We work hard to protect you from unauthorized access to or alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information. As with all technology companies, although we take steps to secure your information, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information will always remain secure.
How to access and control your information
Accessing or rectifying your information
You can access, update and correct most of your personal information through the "Edit Profile" section. If this is not possible, you can ask us to update your data by contacting our customer support.
You can opt-out of email marketing and notifications using the "Email Notifications" section of the "Account Settings".
Deletion
You can delete your account by using the corresponding functionality directly on the service. However, even after you delete your account, we may retain certain information as required by law, for legitimate business purposes or to protect member safety. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
Object, restrict, or withdraw consent
You may determine whether certain information about you will be visible to others by navigating to the "Privacy" section of the "Account Settings".
You may set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser's help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. Please note, however, that our services may not function properly if your browser does not accept cookies. You may learn more in our Cookie Policy.
In general, you can ask our customer support to restrict or limit the processing of your information at any moment. You may also revoke your consent to processing and ask us to delete your information. However, for your protection and the protection of all of our users, we may ask you to provide proof of identity before we can answer these requests.
Also, we may not be able to accommodate certain requests to object to the processing of personal information, notably where such requests would not allow us to provide our service to you anymore. For instance, we cannot provide our service if we do not have your date of birth.

You can request a portable copy of your information, by contacting our customer support.
Transfers of your information abroad
By using our services, you agree and acknowledge that MyTranssexualDate.com is a global dating site operating through servers located in a number of countries around the world. However, wherever we store your information we will treat it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Our policy towards children
Although we want as many people as possible to enjoy our service, you have to be at least 18 years old to use it.
Our policy is to not market to children, minors or anyone under the age of 18. If you are less than 18 years old, we request that you do not submit information to us. If we become aware that a child, minor or anyone under the age of 18 has registered with us and provided us with personal information, we will take steps to terminate that person's registration and delete their information from MyTranssexualDate.com. If we do delete a profile because you violated our no children rules, we may retain your email and IP address to ensure that you do not try to get around our rules by creating a new profile.
Changes to our Privacy Policy
Because we're always looking for new and innovative ways to help you build meaningful connections, this policy may change over time. We will notify you before any material changes take effect so that you have time to review the changes.
