I am a 57 year young post-op trans woman who is currently pursuing a PhD in Middle Eastern and North African Studies at the University of Arizona. For more than 15 years I worked as a culinary professional. I love people, that's probably why I chose anthropology as my discipline. I study foodways in the the region of the Levant. First of all, let me explain what I don't want. I am not interested in superficial or purely sexually related and based interactions.
